REQUEST: Modification of Approval application request to modify the Site Plan approval for the Bend High School Modernization project (City File PLSPR20230729). This proposal is a request for minor changes to the site including to the landscaping areas and outdoor spaces as well as the request to rebuild the demolished theater in the same general location, with the same seating capacity, but on a different footprint and at a height of 70 feet.
